Hello, I'm Jeneth Blackert and I'm Lyanca Reyna. Ain't it fun having friends that support the elitist dreamer in you? This podcast is for the way too much unrealistic speaker. Tune in every Tuesday and have fun upleveling. This is the Hathouse Podcast.
Today. We are having clearing, clearing, clearing, and I even have a format to help you identify your audience.
And I have a bunch prepared already for you. So I'm really excited to get started. And I hope that you find this to be a safe Haven for us just to expand and play with the energies and really create some change. Today, Lianca is going to start with the.
Like our energetic space news, we just had an X flare, X class flare, over the weekend and, it didn't come with a coronal mass ejection, but what it did do is it knocked out some of the, radioactive or radios and the, in the hemisphere. And so, when we're looking at that, we also have to look at, you know, How it affects our bodies.
And so you might be experiencing a little bit of head pressure, body aches, emotions ascending. collective is moving through a very significant shift right now. And since the, gateway of seven, seven, we've have initiated a minute, a major planetary awakening. we've been put through many initiations and challenges in order to transmute the old earth and consciousness and anchor in more light that, continues to pour through our crowns.
Yay! We're approaching the Lion's Gate, which is the 8 8 portal, which opens July 26th, so right around the corner in 10 days and peaks on 8 8. This allows for high frequencies from the great central sun to activate DNA and higher consciousness because this is so potent. It can trigger suppressed emotions stuck in the body, and bring all to the surface to be witnessed and integrated.
So integrate guys or gals, everything will be shown in the light. It is so vital to stay in the heart and higher vibrations. And then finally, the physical body is going through a major purge process to allow more light in, take care of your body, and rest as needed. Hydrate with water, eat food that are high in health, and from the earth, you may be experiencing some energy that feels electric, vibrating through your field and body, which will now be amplified through the 888 portal.
888 portal is really one of my favorite times because it's around my birthday, so which is August 1st, it's the Lionsgate. I just feel like it's so proud and courageous and really just an opportunity for us to kind of step into our own courage. and it leads right into what we're talking about today, as far as that coming up against your boundaries.
so how do we get past our boundaries and up against our, setbacks? You know, our rough edges and our scary parts, to get, to a place where we've been more clear. So you guys with these clearings, I really looked at number one, identifying what that comfort zone is, what that limiting belief is.
And then to look at what lies and inventions and jails almost that you've put around yourself that keep you from really even stepping a toe in and exploring these different things. And then the last part is to ask and request for a new physical actualization that you could choose from the field.
So let's get started. One of the things I thought would be interesting, you probably know if you were to have to choose one, what your comfort zone is, but there's quite a few categories around this, and a lot of them really come from fear that's holding you back.
Like something happened, somebody else had a point of view where you had to lock up and limit yourself in some way. So I have a couple clearings to even open the door and then we can talk about some of these. So what inventions and lies are you using to create the limitation you are choosing and everything that doesn't allow that Would you destroy and uncreate?
Yes. So what lies and inventions are you using to create these comfort zones and these limitations you are choosing? And everything that is, would you destroy and uncreate? Yes. Thank you.
All right. Now I want you to go ahead and look at what is your thing, with our thing that we found was a little uncomfortable. I was realizing that with social media, I'm still not willing to just totally be, you know, loud and let everyone see inside my life. I can clearly show up in camera and talk all day, but I was realizing that there was this fear of somebody judging me or my environment or how I say things.
it was just kind of like so vulnerable to be like, I'm just putting this out to any stranger in the world. And I realized that it was some sort of fear. That came up. So let me ask this, so when we were talking about this, what is the difference between maybe that and doing a show? Cause somebody might be listening to us right now or joining in on the video and saying, Oh, you know what, but y'all do a talk show.
Like you show up and you talk about your lives and your inner, you know, your don't hold anything back. No, we don't. Ever. No, we don't. And yet putting it in this other format where I would be saying just something brief for short content is just almost impossible for me. You know, there's just this huge weirdness and this huge fear around it.
I feel the same. Yeah. Yeah. And so we thought we would do this show to help ourselves. Or are you, is it mine and is it yours? Are we sharing that? Who does it belong to on the line? And maybe we can clear them and get this going, so. but we really want to be free of this because as you've heard, we're going to this reality competition show and then going to this reality competition show.
We really want to just feel free to be ourselves and always not even feel like we have to hold back even in our social, our short content. So yeah, we better get this cleared out cause that happens. We leave on Thursday. This is our last chance. I love it. I love it. And next week I will be through, those of you that are watching our emails, I will be sending you some juicy things, so, that will kind of replace the show for a week and a half.
so here, is it fear of failure? Like if I try something new and I fail, I'll be embarrassed. You know, I will feel like a failure and so you don't even try because you don't wanna feel like a failure. is it just the fear of the unknown? Like, oh, it's just safer and easier for me to kind of, you know, stick myself in to this like, land of, you know, my known, I don't wanna go into the unknown because I could get hurt or something like that.
. Is it just self doubt, like there's some level of worth that maybe you don't feel like you've got the skills or the abilities to succeed outside what you already know how to do? So it's almost like you're doubting That your next step forward because you don't even think you can do it in the first place.
And let me pause you for a second so that everyone can kind of step into this energy real quick. Sure. everyone, why don't you just sit here and think of something that you would love to create or do, that kind of scares you a little bit. anyone, you know, willing to share that on the chat, we can clear you direct time.
But if you can just bring to mind, you know, all the excitement you would have if you would do this 1 thing, right? Like, if we would knock it out of the park with this social media thing, then we could reach more people and, you know, thus create a bigger community that wants to change the world here.
So what is it for you? Are you wanting to share your gifts with the world as far as, may maybe healing, maybe speaking, maybe write that book and then actually go and do the press tour for it. are you just looking to actually. Show up on social media a little more like we are so you can get some clients.
Are you wanting to talk to clients or go in and work with, animals? And you just want to go ahead and ask, how you can start getting clients there. you know, bring up something that would bring you so much excitement and joy, but you just feel a little bit scared doing it.
Okay. We're a lot scared. Yeah. Like that, that really comes up against that. Like, Oh, there's something there and you're not quite sure. And so as Janeth is going through these, be thinking about which one of those could, or maybe more than one, could be coming up for you. it might just be something that you feel like you, you're procrastinating because it was just kind of like, ugh, it's easier just to do my same old, same old.
Yes. Yeah. Or I stay, I do busyness. Yeah. A competition for me. Actually, I'm appearing in here for that. And I don't want to, sometimes I get tongue tied. Sometimes I get, nervous and if I get nervous, you can hear it in my voice. Sometimes I feel like I want to cry when I sing, which never used to happen.
And I'm a singer. So I think there might be some stuff there and I don't want that to show up in the competition. Not really, but I used to, and I don't want that to show up this time because I have lots of times where I have done really well in competitions like this, which also means I set my bar really high.
Yeah. And so it's like, do you kind of recoil because you don't know that you're for sure going to win? You know, I don't play softball, but I actually did because my son, was, we were talking about doing stuff for, that was outside of your comfort zone. And I, you guys, I'm like the bad news bears of like softball.
But I did it to prove a point to my son that I was willing to try something that I hadn't done before and that I was willing to get out of my comfort zone and I did pretty okay. I also bought in other people that were better than me. our team did good.
Cause I really wanted to show that, I was willing to step outside of my comfort zone. Now, would I have done that? Had my son not, been there to watch it, probably not, but I wanted to prove something to him and I wanted to show him, the teaching point. So what are those things?
Otherwise I would just, I would be like, no, it's cool. I don't want to play. And lay it all out. And if you are open to us working with you and clearing you specifically on your thing, then go ahead and put it in the chat and we can work it through. Okay. so yeah, I just wanted to, like, these are the things that might bring it up for you because we even like to put these in the hidden closet.
Like, we don't even want to look at the things that we don't want to, Really, really go there with ease. Like we just would rather put it in a comfort zone box. So some of the other ones are, I mean, fear of judgment, I think is kind of a big one of all of them where you you're, I mean, I feel like that's my biggie for this, For the short content with social media.
Now we've done really well without having to do the social media and the short form content, but I also believe that it would definitely be a contribution.
Yeah. Would definitely put the, the community that we have here more on the map. I mean, who else is really living their life like this, you know, day in and day out, you know, I be with the energy. It's just hard to explain sometimes when you're just being with the energy. Okay. So let's go on.
She brought up one for us. Great. She said, I'd like to have a health and wellness business, mind, body, and spirit. That sounds juicy. That has, an online presence And I found, all the things that I've learned and coming to, you know, building out of my mouth with, you know, people, she's got lots of experience.
So it's amazing. But hesitant and scared to start, you know, just that scared to fail. Yes. Scared to fail. So that's the first one, the fear of failure that Jenna talked about. So to go through them again, fear of failure, fear of the unknown, self doubt, fear of judgment, lack of confidence, you know, that you really are.
You don't feel confident enough to handle the new challenges that it might come with complacency, which I wanted to bring up perfectionism past experiences, where you've screwed up already. fear of discomfort and dependency of a routine. Like I need a routine to feel in control.
It's more like a control mechanism. Fallon wrote sabotaging my destiny. I feel like we just need a little more than that because I feel like that's kind of covers it all. Yes. I mean, I feel you right there, Fallon.
We're sabotaging ourselves on purpose because we, because of fear, it's awful, doesn't it? And everything that is, would you be willing to destroy and uncreate and take a breath? Yes. Ickiness. Imposter syndrome. Ah, nice. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that would be, 75 percent of, women CEOs or executive women, have imposter syndrome or have had some form of imposter syndrome or claim that.
75%, they're already doing the job. Yeah. Isn't that crazy? Yeah. Yeah. So don't feel like you're the only one. I, you know, I've definitely had that in my corporate career too. Yeah. Or even doing this sometimes I had that, you know, at the beginning, boom, I just sit there and be behind a desk, you know, behind a desk and my, you know, talking about the way people feel and how to make people feel better.
it took me a while to get to that point. Yeah, absolutely. So here are some of the generic ones to maybe even get this a little more out of you. I think that it's interesting because you guys are giving me like simple words like imposter syndrome.
Okay, but what actually is the situation that you feel like you're being an imposter to? That's really where and, and you don't have to do it, you know, directly with us and you can be vague with us and that's totally fine, but it might be fun if you are willing to be vulnerable and do this with So what's a question they can ask?
When was the first time you felt like an imposter syndrome? I mean, imposter. Well, that would be one. but I think mostly I would want to know the situation that she feels like she's being the imposter with, like, what is she trying to do where she feels like if she steps into it, she's a fraud or an imposter.
Okay. So the example that I gave Was probably straight on, right? Okay. I'm not a writer, but I am. See? Yeah, you are. You are a writer.
So you're telling yourself, I'm not a writer. Well, here's your chance to start changing that narrative, start changing that story. And that is the third step of this, right? So once you get clear on what your thing is, then we go into some of the clearings around this. And here are some of the general clearings, just to kind of wake it up.
So let's start with what inventions and lies are you using to create the challenges is. Okay. And what challenges of this you are choosing and everything that is, would you be willing to destroy and uncreate? And take a breath. Yes. Nice.
Yes. And take a breath. What inventions and lies are you using around this comfort zone thing around this comfort zone challenge in your life that's You're choosing and everything that is would you destroy and uncreate? Yes. What inventions and lies are you using to create the constant state of doubt around this?
Are you choosing? Oh, constant state. That's even bigger for me. Yeah. right? I think that that's really the fine line here. Like as we're playing as a fifth dimensional being, we are getting, you know, locked up because we're almost in a state of unworthiness or a state of self doubt or a state of doubt instead of actually like being like, why am I in that state?
Like, how did I, when did I choose this state? As my character and as my personality, right. And also, what other things am I using to keep it in place? How many people just want to be right all their life? And if you are one of them, would you be willing to destroy and uncreate everything that is beautiful?
So what dimensions of lies are you using to create the constant state of doubt around this? Are you choosing everything that is, would you store and uncreate? Yes. and what inventions and lies are using to create the lack of trust in you around this? Are you choosing
everything that is, would you store and uncreate? Yes. Can I read one more? Yeah, go ahead. Karen. Yes. So Karen says, my first thought is I would like to be able to travel without pain, fear, and tension as I have done. in the past. when asking why the answer that came was unworthiness.
So I, I guess I read, I read to work and letting me to work on letting go of my unworthiness. and then something damaged back. I was, I worked on, letting go as I know how mostly to, I can't see those two. Yeah, I think you're reading it a little, so, I guess I need to work in letting go of unworthiness.
I will mostly hope, hope on it. Thank you. Yeah. So that's brilliant. I mean, if I would ask everyone on this line if they've got some level of unworthiness. We would probably all raise our hands and it all kind of creeps up in one way or another way. And, I have a really good friend who, you know, works with couples or I think she actually works with the women where women are looking for love.
And she, I mean, that is almost all she works on is for them to become a frequency to attract the right mate instead of, you know, being what they've always been to constantly attract the assholes and the jerks of their lives. Right. Ultimately, what's underneath is they don't feel good enough to have the good man.
And I find that quite fascinating. And the practices to get there are actually very, very simple. And My invitation with all of us, is, you know, why would we actually even make ourselves unworthy? Like, what is like, what are we actually trying to compare ourselves with and be like, I'm not as good enough as the next girl because she's, you know, five, nine and weighs 120 pounds.
I mean, where do you even lie to yourself to make the determination that you aren't good enough, that you are not worthy of it? Yeah. Like, where does that come from? So who does it belong to, right? And if we can identify that, we can start pulling that from the roots.
So if you feel like, almost like you were entrained with this from a mother or a father. Whatever that is, just kind of bring it up in this big energy ball. And we're just going to blast this one, two, three, one, two, three, and take a breath. Sorry. Yes. God, that felt good. And Hillary said, I am enough. Yes. We are all infinite beings.
True. Don't are you an infinite being? And your answer should be yes. And would it answer infinite being ever truly be unworthy? And undeserving. No. How could, I mean, how could we, right? No. You are amazing already and the world needs what you have put out there. Well, and they also need. And that's why we're designing unique.
You need, if you're looking to travel and have the adventure, what if the shift of focus, it really becomes about the adventure and less about. there's sometimes when you're being called to go to a very specific or different areas of the earth, it's because your energies are needed there.
And that's more, you know, mystic and esoteric, but the truth is, is that our energies and our, souls are desire, have these desires for specific reasons. And so. Maybe you are actually balancing the earth and find, you know, denying yourself that, that opportunity, then of course, the earth is going to find other souls to want to go.
But I mean, you, if you were called definitely, there is a reason behind that. And it also has a lot to do with the balancing of the earth energies too. So just think about that. Maybe it's easier to put that on your mission, right? On your purpose, rather than just all on yourself. And Karen, I would invite you to even explore more than just that bucket of unworthiness.
Usually with back things, the question is, what are you hiding behind you? You know, what are you hiding back in your, like, In your back past. Right. So Karen, just so the people listening in audio, it started as symptoms of back damage and now it's beyond that.
It's an opportunity to let go of the worthiness. And I am worthy of greatness, joys, and pleasures. Yeah, beautiful. Love it. So how much of the stuff you are, you have been sticking yourself with is where someone else actually gave you the answer or gave you a point of view in this reality. Does that make sense?
And everything that is, would you destroy and uncreate? Yes. Take a breath. So in other words, if other, you know, students at school when you're a teenager or what have you, we're like, no, you have to study this way. You have to do this, create your life in a linear way or something like that.
with this. Comfort zone. What exactly, whose point of view are you trapped in? Right? Yes. That's, a big one for the social media thing. All those lies, we're going to destroy it and then create greatness.
One, two, three. One, two, three. And one, two, three. Right. Whoa, it's like, I feel like I'm tipping over a little bit like this is like all like, I don't know. So think about this, like 99. 9 percent of this world creates it. from that 3D, from the outer body first, right? They don't create from the inner, they don't create from asking the field, they don't even create from asking.
So everyone, most everyone, except for us, has this point of view that there is the right way to do things.
Yes. Because I could, I, you know, sometimes I, I've watched my friends do some judgy things while looking at social media and stuff. And I'm like, Oh, I don't want to be that person on the other side of that. Then I'm limiting myself and there, cause there are lots of people that are doing social media that are doing it beautifully that, you know, wouldn't care if they're getting judged and are reaching a wider audience than just some of my judging homies, right?
I got good friends though, but I've seen some other people do it. What inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of being around this? Are you choosing? Around this comfort zone thing. Would you just run and create that one didn't land as well. Let's go back. Okay. I think maybe we have to unearth something else first.
how much of the stuff you have been sticking yourself with? Belongs to somebody else, and everything that is would you stir in and create? And take a breath. Oh. Or yawn, that's fine too. what inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of life, living, and your superpowers are you choosing?
What inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of life, living and superpowers are you choosing? Lack of life. It's like you don't even want to think about it. I am willing. Everything that is, it's sure not great. One, two, three. Thank you.
What inventions, lies, and jails are you using to create the lack of life and living and your superpowers are you choosing?
I am willing to destroy and uncreate all of that. You will? Okay. Yes. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. What are you aware of that you don't want to be aware of, but if you'd acknowledge that you, that thing, you would be free? So I'm on my, Okay. A little reeling. What are you aware of that you don't really want to be aware of, but you're aware of it anyway.
So you're like kind of ignoring it. And if you'd stop ignoring it and truly acknowledge it, how might that set you free? Anything that doesn't allow that, would you destroy and uncreate one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. Woo. How are you guys doing? Good. Are you alive out there? Still . Oh, good.
But we get thumbs up. We like the thumbs up. We'll take that. Joe. Joe said, I believe you nailed me on that one and it was a little bit earlier, but Yes, me too. Yeah, that, thank you had that stuff that's sticking you from other people's point of view. when I look at this, I kind of go. Well, of course we would be stuck in all this shit because we've been taught a certain way of life, which is exactly the opposite of the life that we should have been taught.
Yes. Right. It should have come from, you know, you are an infinite being you create as an infinite being. Remember this and be this as you go through your life. I remember, you know, Thinking my thoughts didn't really matter when I was younger. And I remember my dad was like, no, your thoughts matter as much as your, things you say matter.
And I thought, you know, that's, that's interesting to me because I kind of was just like, I just have to operate like a robot or something. Right. And now it's like only thought,
by thought alone. Thoughts create. Anita said, shoot, I was distracted, but I received anyway. Yes, you do. Sometimes when you zone out, it's cause, maybe you're not really willing to hear it, but you're still receiving the clearing.
So you can definitely listen to this, on replay, maybe make a loop out of some of the clearings. write them down and maybe record them for yourself and then just let them play at night and stuff like that. So you'll find that You're already going to walk away different.
It's going to continue to run. But you'll find that you have now a wedge to create just enough little space so that space can start to open and open and open that crack that we just cracked open when we acknowledge some of these things. And you'll find that clearings have its place throughout history and ancient history.
And why? Because it works, because it is how we get past some of these pre programmed notions that we grew up with, and that also come as part of the human design. but these come with our human design, but they're not our infinite being.
And we can choose differently by using these clearings. So I just wanted to share that.
Shame. Shame is another good one. that, I mean, that's, so one of the, the teachers before me, they said, blame, shame, regret, and guilt or distractor implants. Basically what they're doing is they are the sticky stuff that's keeping you from not moving forward. Right. So, again, I think it goes back to the ultimate how much of the stuff that you're sticking yourself with, you know, inner the lie there, right, you know, somebody else told you to do that.
Somebody else said that. This is my point of view. You should do that. And that is what creates the paradigm and almost this constant state of being and blame, shame, regret, or guilt. So all that that is, and all that brings up, would you destroy and uncreate? Yes. Yeah. One, two, and three.
All right, couple more guys that can sometimes there has to be some talking in between these or you'll just kind of like space out entirely. What inventions, lies, and jails are you using to create the absolute refusal to change this comfort zone thing? Are you choosing everything that is, would you destroy and uncreate?
Yes. One, two, three. One, two, three. And one, two, three. What value, what's the value of not changing what you desire to change? Like sometimes. It's just easier just to waste your life, right, instead of actually live your life, right, and every one of these things where it's a comfort zone like you know that you want to do this, but you can't do this.
for some reason because of some stupid point of view that somebody gave you once somewhere in your life. I mean, it's exactly like that. So instead, you decide to waste your life. And avoid this and avoid this and avoid this because of some fear and I'm inviting you to really look at is this even a real fear, or is this a lie and invention that I am choosing.
You got it. Marianne Williamson said. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. And I thought, when I read that, like, I'm like, shit! She's straight on. Like, that is, that encompasses the energy fully of what I feel.
Right. So it's just easier for me to play small and like, Oh, I can pretend I'm inadequate. See, I proved myself right. Let me put this in place so I can keep this right. Well, let me, let me be afraid of the judgment so I can keep this right. and one of the big things that I've found is I will do contentment and boredom for just a little too long.
Like if things are just kind of going on, going on, I'll just, I'll just hang out in that. Yeah. So that was another one of mine. It's like, what was the value of me just hanging out, being content instead of actually pushing and being so uncomfortable that I can't stand it. And, you know, and some way I get past that is by, instead of calling it uncomfortable, I call it just a new energy, like something changed.
And now there's this new energy. How can I just be with this? Right. So that might help you as well. Yes. what inventions lies and jails are you using to create the absolute referral refusal to change? Are you choosing
everything that is would you store it on create? Yes. Take a breath. Oh, what inventions lies and jails are you using to create the limitation you are choosing? Bop, bop, bop, and all that that is, would you store an encryption? Yes.
All right. So now that you, you've gotten clear on that limiting belief, you've kind of gotten clear on some of the clearings that are really like are blowing this up. We'll keep running those that are blowing it up. And then I want to take you next into the next narrative around this, right? So if you are doing things.
Like sabotaging your own success and you see it in one way, two ways, three ways, four ways, right? If you are doing that, each of those little ways that you're sabotaging yourself, your business, your future. I want you to create a new narrative around it. And instead of saying, I can't do this, I'm scared that, what if you would just start changing the language and the narrative around that?
Yeah, but physical actualization of truly choosing from the field of the we kingdom. Are you now capable of generating, creating and instituting anything that doesn't allow that? Would you destroy and then create One, two, three. And one, two, three. I'm glad you showed up live. So, like I'd like this word, the field, but I feel like I like the field of we, possibly as this new, play land for us, so that we're actually drawing from the fields.
We had a conversation. Quite a number of months back where we were talking on, you know, and like, if I. Am I giving information to the field of what I want the narrative to be next or is the field giving it to me and I kind of wonder if it plays back and forth back and forth. Sometimes I think for the way it operates with your, with yourselves too.
wouldn't there be a field of possibility where you actually could explore every one of your desires. Wouldn't that be a possibility on some timeline in some way in the field where you haven't made that a wrongness within you. You haven't made that a lie. You see what I'm saying?
Oh, isn't it Dickie? I know. and the opposite to step into that where I didn't make that a wrongness feels so cool and freeing. there's a complete different energy behind both. can y'all see that? stepping in from one to the other. What physical actualization of choosing from the field of we, are you now capable of generating, creating, and instituting?
Yeah, Joe wrote on the field who defined uncomfortable anyway, right? I mean, that is what it feels like, even though new energy, but I do like calling it a new energy because, it's truly that. And if you see it as that, it's a little bit easier to change too. Yes. Yeah. So what's your next narrative? Karen wrote quite a little bit here. She's like, sorry, cooking at the same time. You're still receiving my love. So all good. And you can listen on replay. Yes. She's like, I don't always see the physical improvements, but can see my growing light in the eyes of others.
Yes. Isn't that funny how that is? It's like whenever, you maybe have lost the weight and you can't see it, Your scale's not truly showing it yet. Or you're just strutting your stuff, right? And somebody sees you, they're like, wow, you look so lean and you look so glowy.
Were you doing something different? And you're like, well, yes I am. But you didn't see it yourself because you see yourself every day And then of course there's that day too where you wake up and you're like, damn, I know I'm different.
Yeah, well, one of the other things that we were thinking about exploring instead of this topic is exactly what she's talking about here. And I said, you know, we've talked about what if we would have learned to live our lives totally different, like learn from, you know, learn to meditate at the age of three, learn to go inside and really know All your feelings, you know, all your senses and really pay attention to your thoughts.
Like right from the get go, right? Well, I thought, you know, how we flip that around, you know, working from the inside out instead of the outside in, I said, you know, what if we would focus on all the good in our worlds? And that would be like where our heads were really paying attention. Like we focus on the celebrations, the excitement, the creations of life.
Instead of the poo pooing of, of, oh, this didn't go right today. I mean, it's like you come home after a day of work. You come at the dinner table and the next thing you know, everyone's talking about their, their pits instead of their peaks, right? Yeah. And what if we would only focus on some of those peaks and ask the universe to help us resolve and solve some of our pits.
And you know what, I challenge all of you to, maybe use this place, you know, use this Tuesday Thursdays as a place to come and just put what happened good in the chat, right? Let's start off like that too. we're here for all of it. I think that yesterday, Jennifer and I were having a really in depth conversation.
She's like, I love chatting it up with you sometimes. cause I said I could be totally delusional. And I thought, If I didn't have a buddy like that to be completely delusional about with and have this new way of thinking, then I might feel a little bit like by myself in this whole thing.
So this is the invitation to come delusional with us, right? Because this, this is the juicy and let's, let's have fun in this new way. Yeah. Delusional, sporting delusional. Woohoo. And I think that delusional is the wrong word, right? It's more like, it's a funny word. But yeah, let's celebrate that too.
Let's relearn it together. Yeah. Yeah. Manisha says gratitude focus. Yeah. Well, I think that that's a part of it too, right? Yeah. I was going to say, if you don't have a gratitude journal where you write in at least five minutes a day, get one, please. Because that has been a game changer for me. What I do is I can look back on, I reread stuff if I'm having a little day, and I will then look at how much I've changed and how much I've grown.
And I'm like, damn, I really have done some stuff. it really helps when. those little incremental changes, it really shows you where you are. It's kind of like that mirror would be saying like, Oh, girl, you changed.
Like, I really use my journal that way. And I look back and I go, Dang, I have done that. Oh, I can't believe I was thinking about that at that time. And it's coming to fruition. So use your gratitude journal even if you have to write down I'm grateful for the sun today And I got to have a couple moments of like good fresh air or I'm grateful for my air conditioner today Whatever those things are just gratitude just grateful You can find the most basic things to be grateful for and you find that you're just now Like I write this stuff that just comes to mind I do this thing called the Ivy Lee method. basically it has you put out like five gratitudes and it has you put out like who you want to send love to. and it has like, what are three things that you, just wish and can rehearse that you would want to get done today.
so it's like kind of like just quick question, right? Where you're just like, yeah, well, here's the three things that I want to do today. And here's the, way I want that to even unfold. And you can kind of use it as a manifesting thing along with the gratitude and who you want to send gratitude to, who you want to send love to and things like that.
So it then becomes kind of an art form. Form in the creation of your work. And if you want us, we can create one for you.
so you can have a free gratitude journal that you just kind of follow along and use. So it's no thought at all. Yeah. we can put that out for you. So let us know. That'd be fun. Yeah. Yeah. That's a good idea. From the community. Other questions you want me to run through this clearings one more time?
Yes. Okay we're just gonna rapid fire so go back to if that comfort zone is still there even an inkling of it let's just try to go back and shoot it in the foot. So I just brought up me actually going to my, you know, my social media, filming doing all that doing all the hashtags. And so I'm like, there's still a little bit of something that makes me like sweaty.
What inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of out creating yourself are you choosing? Everything that is. Would you join in? Yes. Take a breath. What inventions and lies are you using to create the challenges of life are you choosing?
Everything that is and everything that brings up you destroy and uncreate. Yes. One, two, three. What inventions and lies are you using to create the constant state of doubt or blame, shame, regret? Are you choosing? And everything that is, we destroy and uncreate. Yes. Take a breath.
What inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of trust in you? Are you choosing? Everything that is, we destroy and uncreate. Yes. Take a breath. How much of a stuff you've been sticking yourself with is someone else's that they gave you the answer or their point of view and all that stuff where you've invested in somebody else's point of view instead of what you know is actually true.
Will you just join them? Yes. And take a breath. What inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of being and being with this and around this? Are you choosing? What inventions and lies are you using to create the lack of life, living and your superpowers?
Are you choosing? And take a breath. What are you now aware of that you don't want to be aware of, but if you would acknowledge that you actually were aware of it, it would set you free. Will you destroy and uncreate one, two, three.
Yes. What inventions and lies are you using to create the absolute refusal to change? I will not. I don't care about my future anymore. Make a different choice. Yes. Yes. I do choose to change that. And last one, what inventions are you using to create the limitation around this? Are you choosing everything that is?
Will you destroy it? Yes. One, two, three, one, two, three, and one, two, three. All right. That was fun. How are you guys feeling?
And the last piece of this is to truly change the narrative. So what physical actualization of choosing from the field of we, are you now capable of creating, generating, and instituting? Yes. Anything that doesn't allow that we destroy and uncreate.
Yes. One, two, three, two, three, one, two, three. Yeah. This can make you feel a little bit woozy. Yeah.
Yay. What a fun call you guys. Yes. We'll get that gratitude journal. Ooh, how about you? jump on the, Instagram, our Instagram and just put the word gratitude and we'll send you out the PDF journal, once we get it done, probably take us till we'll do, try to do it while we're at blocks, but yeah, it'd be fun.
Do that and we'll get it out to you for free. Yeah, and you know what? A door just opened. I will do a social media reel about Ivy Lee and how that all works. So that if that's If that feels lighter for you to choose than just like opening the door to gratitude, this is something I've liked better because it has a little more format to it.
I've made my, I've kind of made my own version of it already, where I, you know, I'll choose, pick and choose the, the categories within mine. This would be something that you would also have like. Maybe a, a block where you choose, well, what, what would the three things be that I really want to choose here?
Oh, cool. Yes. Like maybe whispers from the week or something or whispers that you want to just add in that has caught your eye could be go there or something else. you could actually choose your categories too. That'd be fun. If you don't have time to do all that, my advice to you, just do it.
just do the gratitude part each day, like as close as you can. I have my journal that I carry around with me all the time because I skip days sometimes. So I try to go back in and pick it back up, but it's been a game changer. I love it. Just to get in a practice of creating and creating with the field.
And sometimes the field comes through journaling. Yes. Thank you guys for your presence. This has been absolutely fantastic. Yeah. And a lot of fun for us too. So we will not be here on Thursday, but we will be sending you things. and, we will be back on the 30th. But we will, still be sending out the newsletter and informing you.
So. Well, Anita, come, come. We'll be at the Osage in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you want to drive on up and hang out, we'll do it. Yay. I remember you are in Oklahoma. Thank you all for joining us. It's been a very beautiful call, and we're excited to get back with you. it's going to be. A really fun roller coaster coming back.
And also we're already planning for the next summit. So the new dates are August the 26th through the 30th. We will be hiatus for the day of Labor Day, which is, that Monday the 2nd, but we go from the 3rd through the 6th.
So the total dates are the 26th through the 6th. For the new summit. And we're doing all over again with brand new speakers and a couple probably might come back. but yeah, brand new speaker. Oh, and I will put out a survey. So if you have requests and would really like somebody that we've either had on before you want them back, or you know of somebody else, I'm going to put out a survey so you can be a part of the discussion.
Kind of the one that helps curate who you want. So, we want you to kind of become more a part of this. We're working on making you more a part of this. And it helps whenever I do my outreach, I'll be like the audience asked for, they simply requested you. And so anyway, it just makes it really fun and, just a big contribution.
When we all get to really play and have fun in this way, and I'm excited about coming back and doing this show and really letting you know how we're planning on growing and what's in store for you and what more freebies we can give too. Yeah, we, I'm, we, we're leaving, she's, you're leaving tomorrow, right?
I'm leaving on Thursday morning. Okay. Yeah. So I'm also leaving on Thursday morning. I will be in Tulsa by. noon, I think. no show, no live, but we'll give you stuff. Yes. and we've got some new stuff too that I can't wait to share. Anita, we will be in that area from the 18th through the 24th.
Thank you so much. It was so fun playing today. We will talk soon. Bye.
